Job Responsibilities include, but not limited to :
1.Manages EUC Deskside team in multiple locations in China, Hongkong and Taiwan.
2.Coaching & training team members to deliver expected results
3.Ensuring Technician team members meet required goals, metrics, policies and handbook.
4.Addressing customer & end user complaints in a professional and quick manner.
5.Working with the Recruiting Department in hiring qualified candidates and training new employee
6.Provide technical support to end users when escalation occurs.
7.Analysis of negative survey result and proceed follow-up actions.
8.Analysis of EUC KPI and identify the opportunities for onsite support efficiency.
9.Track and monitor SLA of incidents and requests in ServiceNow
10.Provide key performance report in the basis of week and month according to business requirements.
11.Coordination of local tasks on demand.
12.Providing VIP Support or standby service when required.
Job Requirements:
1.Good English in both of speaking and writing
2.Good organization skills
3.Excellent verbal and written communication skills
4.Excellent time management skills to prioritize workload
5.Excellent customer service experience in a corporate environment
6.Excellent knowledge of Service Management process
7.Ability to learn new technology
8.Ability to complete all work tasks with minimal supervision
9.Ability to determine the solution & root cause of issue
Required Minimum Education:
1.Bachelor Diploma, required
2.Associate Degree or at least some college courses in related field, preferred
3.ITIL certification, preferred
Required Minimum Experience:
1.A Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field.
2.A Minimum of 2 years of experience in onsite support team management.
