I got this interview opportunity from campus recruit team before I graduated. The interview as normal as most foreign companies. Four people, include HR manager, technical manager, technical director, and operation senior manage together. the stay at our university one day and accomplished the whole interview. the interview process as follow:1. HR make the introduce presentation about the company, and what's the position they are looking for via the PPT at a meeting room.2. Examination. HR will give different paper to different candidate, require them to finish the exam within 1 hour, and hand in.3. Technical manager go to check the paper and give out points, and HR inform us balk to have lunch.4. Technical manager face to face interview with each candidate about some mechanical theory question, and select anticipate candidate for second round technical interview.5. Technical director interview. some technical communication about design, material, process, knowledge etc.6. HR face to face communicate about why you want join this company, what you mostly want to get, and tell us some welfare and basic salary they offered, and tell us to confirm in next week. this stage all English communicate.

主要是1对1技术面。会问你一些做过的项目，遇到的一些技术问题，如何解决的。一个典型的项目里具体过程，电路元器件设计，设计主要事项等。还会有一些一般的对话，了解你的性格，工作态度等什么的。对薪水的期望。对工作环境的要求。

先是广州的HR打电话给我offer, CQE说是适合我，通知我去深圳面试，去后进行英文测试，然后面试官问些基本的专业问题让我等待通知，一星期后HR再打电话让我去复试再谈些细节的问题，目前正在期待中
