To assist department managers to developtheir own training programs; to conduct general training programs; tocoordinate the overall training function; to research, monitor and evaluatetraining activities.

1. Develops an annual training plan

5. Conducts general orientation program

8. Organizes cross-training program

9. Assists management in analyzing trainingneeds
