Responsibility & Routine:
1. Work on KPI, Budget, Expense, Data and Working Process, to find out story behind
2. Logistics data analysis & control
3. Purchasing data analysis & control
4. Working Process & SOP Optimization
5. Regular report/presentation about Logistics, Purchasing, Budget, etc.
6. Translation if needed
7. Dep. Administration
8. Analyse, follow up and control LOG and PUR’s KPI, cost, expense, etc.
9. Keep, sort and control LOG and PUR related documents.
10.Make and track completed LOG & PUR reports.
11.Track LOG and PUR’s working instruction, SOP implementation.
12.Translate documents upon requirement.
Qualification:
1.Educational Level: University & College above
2. Working Experience: At least 3 years,
3. English: Fluent English both of written and verbal.
4. Excellent command of compute with office software, especially Excel, PPT, Word and Visio
5. Excellent analysis, Good communication and coordination skills, easygoing and outgoing as well as social character,
6.WGQ FTZ working experience might be a plus, but not compulsory.
Summary of Essential Functions: |
· This position is responsible for one or more supply chain activities including but not limited to clinical order management, KPI analysis, S&OP projections and Procurement. It will work extended shifts under the guidance of the Supply Chain Supervisor – INTL, out of Catalent Shanghai office to enable Catalent Clinical Supply Services to deliver 24X7 operation and improve customer experience |
SPECIFIC DUTIES, ACTIVITIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES included but are not limited to: |
· Ensure all supply chain activities, as assigned, are processed in a timely fashion. · Review work flow for possible operation improvements. · Work with US Operations to define study specific distribution needs. · Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOP’s). · Maintain adhoc reports/analysis · Other duties as assigned |
POSITION REQUIREMENTS: |
· Computer literate with past experience using spreadsheets and word-processing programs. · Knowledge and experience in cGMP and FDA regulations desirable as well as experience in the knowledge of material flow in an ERP environment. · Must be detail oriented and have the ability to handle multiple projects. · Must be able to work occasional overtime. · Distribution experience preferred. |
EDUCATION OR EQUIVALENT: |
· College Degree Preferred · Posses above average verbal, written, and interpersonal communications skills · Posses above average math skills · Strong Excel skills · Ability to read/write in English |
Role & Responsibilities
· Work with sales team/operation team include agriculture and PP, Balance supply/demand, figure out solution for gap, coordinate alternative scenarios, work out optimal S&OP for both commercial and operation.
· Deal with incident in agriculture and PP and find solution for the impact on S&OP and adjust S&OP accordingly and continually S&OP reconciliation.
· Continually analyze, and evaluate business volumes by reviewing Backlog data, Sales Forecast, potential Project Forecast. Ensure opportunities and misses are communicated and evaluated.
· Forecast accuracy analysis, sales trend and history analysis for products portfolio decision, performance review according to SOP reconcile.
· Work with agriculture and sales team on NPI/Product Obsolesce to support business objectives and identify process improvement activities. NPI include profit and capacity analysis.
· Develop long term ram up plan.
Qualification Requirement
· BS in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related experience.
· At least 4 - 6 years of capacity planning, demand, and forecast experience.
· Experience in communicate with cross-functional teams.
· Experience with S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) or Integrated Busienss Planning.
· Excellent analytical skills; "what if" analysis.
· Proactive in problem solving with strong problem solving skills.
· Knowledge of supply chain.
· Experience of demand planning tools and methods.
· Solid financial analysis abilities.
· Excellent communication skills, including verbal and presentation skills.
· Knowledge of strategic and other business plans.
· Fluent both Oral & Written English.
· Knowledge of Demand Planning software tools & SAP preferred.
· Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
