Job Description:
1.Observe and study trends in the fashion and athletic footwear markets to create seasonal Lifestyle and Athletics CGM creative directions that bring freshness,brand consistency, and strong story-telling. Deliverables include themes, color pallets, iconic print and graphic designs, key materials and treatments,color-blocking strategies.
2.Provide seasonal new, innovative material searching directions for material team following “market research” milestone per Footwear Game Plan calendar.
3.Work with Product Design team to effectively conduct seasonal milestone design reviews in ensuring timely and strong story-telling product offerings.
4.Demonstrate committed, positive and team-fostering work ethics to build an energetic and creative working culture.
Qualifications:
1.At least 3 years CGM Design experience
2.Have high color vision acuity
3.Have good professional ethics and good sense of responsibility, able to handle greater pressure.
4.Proficient in Photoshop,Illustrator, InDesign software.
