Main Responsibilities:
Customer Order Management
1. Enter customer information, synchronize customer PO, manage request ship date and promise ship date, follow up on any change of customer shipment dates, maintain customer forecast.
2. RMA‘s with customer.
3. Obtain customer revenue forecast, drive customer loading and shipment to meet planned revenue.
Customer-Relationship Management
1. Raise RFQ on existing customer and Pricing Alignment with customers.
2. Prepare business review, trend analysis, minutes and other reports related to Program Management.
3. Maintains close working relationships with the Plexus customer managers, directors and account executives in order to provide customer service excellence.
4. Coordination of QBR data/information.
Managing Plexus Performance to Meet Customers‘ Expectations
1. With Purchasing Product Manager, monitor and minimize excess and obsolete inventory. This includes the write-off of inventory at Plexus expense.
2. Monitor on-time shipping performance data for customers. Responsible to align with customers on actual performance data after month end closing.
3. Responsible for initiating new projects into the Plexus system and managing the process to ensure successful transition on a project from prototype to production stage.
Provide Guidance and Solutions to Program Officers/Administrators
1. Provide training/mentoring to new hires in achieving customer goals and internal job responsibilities.
2. Preparation and alignment with internal CFT and customers on run readiness review.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree with 5-year or above working experience in related field.
2. Good oral and written communication skills.
3. Good organization and decision making skills, ability to multi-task simultaneously projects.
4. Ability to supervise both entry-level and supervisory positions.
5. Thorough understanding of application development lifecycle.
6. Working knowledge of personal computers and Window applications.
7. Good understanding of contract management, accounting and business management practices.
8. Ability to effectively present technical and financial information and respond to questions from management, technical and administrative staff and clients.
