1. Develop and implement sales strategies and plans for the robot industry in the North America region;
2. Assist the team to complete sales tasks, and be responsible for team building, upgrade, and daily management.
3. Expand robot industry new customers while maintaining existing customers, increasing brand awareness and market share;
4. Establish a good cooperative relationship with customers in the North America region, Coordinate internal resources to provide technical support and solutions to meet customer needs;
5. Timely grasp market dynamics and competitor situations, adjust sales strategies, and maintain competitive advantages;
Requirement:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in marketing, business administration, or related fields is preferred;
2. 8 or more years of sales experience, especially in the robot industry or Lidar industry;
3. Familiar with the North America market, proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, able to communicate fluently with foreign customers;
4. 3 or more years of oversea’s sales team management experience, have excellent leadership, communication and coordination skills, and teamwork spirit;
5. Able to adapt to travel, with strong pressure resistance and self-drive.
