Responsibilities职责:
The successful candidate will be responsible for Alternators business of global Sales and Marketing Management. The primary responsibilities include: 应聘成功者将负责发电机业务的国际销售和市场管理。主要职责包括:
1、Develop and implement a sales and marketing plan to drive market awareness and growth to meet business objectives.制定并实施销售和市场计划,提高市场占有率,实现业务增长目标。
2、Lead and develop a high-performance sales team that is proficient in opportunity management, value selling and business processes.领导和开展高效的销售团队,精通销售和价值管理,及销售业务流程。
3、Actively seek out and leverage resources within the company to drive innovation and new offerings.能利用公司内部的资源,积极寻找开发新客户来推动产品销售和创新。
4、Identifying opportunities at existing and potential new customers,plan sales volumes and potentials of all customers in international sales market.在现有和潜在的新客户中发现机会,计划提高国际销售额和所有国际客户的潜在机会。
5、Provide accurate information via CRM for sales forecasts and planning.通过对客户关系的管理为销售预测和计划提供准确的信息。
6、Analyze the specific market conditions of product and builds up market related sales and solution分析具体市场情况,建立与市场相关的销售和解决方案。
7、Completes sales and revenue related key reporting.完成与销售收入相关的主要销售报告。
8、Actively participate in senior-level selling on strategic projects or key accounts management as well as build up or maintain senior-level relationships with key customers.积极参与高层销售战略项目或大客户管理,并建立或维护高层与客户关系。
9、Responsible for developing sales and market strategies for area market in new product.负责已开发新产品在区域市场的销售和市场策略。
10、Periodic travels to the respective territories to support
customers/dealers in developing the market.定期到相应区域出差,支持客户/经销商发展市场。
11、Other tasks assigned by GM.总经理安排的其他工作。
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:资质和要求
Individuals who meet the following requirements or possess the equivalent combination of competence and experience are invited to apply:凡符合下列要求或具备同等能力及经验的人士,均可申请:
1、A bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related. with 5-8 years’ relevant sales experience in the power generation business; 电气或机械工程或相关专业本科及以上学历。5年以上发电行业相关销售经验;Relevant experience in manage sales team and achieve sales quota有管理销售团队和完成销售任务的相关经验。
2、Fluency in English writing, reading and speaking.流利的英语听、写和阅读能力,能与客户作顺畅的英语专业交流。
3、Must be proficient in computer skill, PPT & Excel professional.熟练使用电脑专业技能,PPT和Excel。
4、Must possess a bright and stable personality, can work under pressure, willing to communicate with customers as well as other function colleagues, can adapt to frequently travel.性格开朗稳重,能承受工作压力,能与客户及其他职能同事沟通,能适应经常出差。
5、Must be result oriented and have good communication, leadership and interpersonal skills. Must be proactive, open-minded and self-motivated.能以结果为导向,有良好的沟通、领导和人际关系技巧。积极主动,自我激励。
