现在主要的人才需求在于技术支持工程师,基于微软“三朵云”产品(Azure, Office 365 以及Dynamics 365)为我们的客户提供技术支持。为我们的客户提供线上的技术排错与解决。

有非Helpdesk, 非L1 support 技术支持trouble shooting 经验的候选人优先。

Required Qualifications
7+ years technical support, technical consulting experience, or information technology experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), or related field AND 5+ years technical support, technical consulting experience, or information technology experience or 3+ years ERP development/support realted experience.
Microsoft Dynamics ERP Experience OR a developer-focused background would be beneficial but not essential.
Experience in ERP systems like Dynamics, SAP, PeopleSoft, NetSuite ERP, Oracle ERP Cloud, Epicor, and, or related Experience in ERP.
Programming skills are useful, preferably in C++ or C# development - basic knowledge (ability to read code and write simple programs)
Understanding of data management and migration concepts. Microsoft SQL, Data Lake, and Database-related tech skills will be a plus..
Ability to take Technical Leadership in one specific product or area of business processes.
2+ years in a customer-facing service role in any capacity. Strong customer service, accurate and logical problem-solving.
Excellent Communication Skills - verbal, listening, and written (including technical writing).
Passion for lifelong learning and personal and professional development
Language Qualification
Mandarin Language: fluent in reading, writing and speaking.
English Language: confident in reading, writing and speaking.
Experience in one or more of these areas is a plus score:
Technical knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, Power Automate etc.
Exposure and experience working with customers on the Cloud, e.g. Microsoft Cloud products or other Cloud Management Systems
Understanding of SysInternals tools – Process Monitor, Process Explorer
Understanding of IIS, troubleshooting website issues, HTTP responses
Network debugging skills (Fiddler, Network Monitor , Wireshark , Message Analyzer)
Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems or Computer Engineering
Experience in creating technical documentation and sharing knowledge with others through training delivery and mentoring.
Current Microsoft IT Certification preferred (Ex. MCSE, MCSA, MCSD, MCTS)

• You own, investigate and solve highly complex customer technical issues and serve as an technical escalation point for other engineers to assist in resolving cases and perform complex troubleshooting tools (e.g. debugging).

• You deepen your technical and professional proficiency to enable you to resolve highly complex customer issues, through training and readiness.
Product/Process Improvement
• You act as a trusted advisor to the product group/ engineering teams and drive Microsoft product, diagnostic and support process improvements.
Business Integration
• You use your business and technology insights to help shape strategy when engaging with customers, partners, and teams.
