高级质量工程师工作内容

工作职责：
Responsibility:
1) 负责供应商质量管理以持续改进供应商质量保证水平。
Be responsible for supplier quality management so as to continuously improve suppliers’ quality guarantee competence.
Time allocation: 5-10%
2) 负责内部质量持续改进机会的识别、持续改进项目的建立、维护和推动以持续改进
内部质量保证能力。
Be responsible for identifying the CI opportunities, establishing,
maintaining and boosting the CI projects so as to continuously improve
Internal qualities guarantee competence.
Time allocation: 20-25%
3) 负责质量管理体系（ISO9001）和环境管理体系（ISO******）的建立,维护及改进以持续改进其有效性。
Be responsible for establishing, maintaining and improving the QMS (ISO9001) and EMS (ISO******) so as to continuously improve the effectiveness.
Time allocation: 20-25%
4）负责改进及完善测量体系，采购必要的测量一起以持续增强检出力。
Be responsible for improving and optimizing the measurement system,
purchasing the necessary measurement instruments so as to
continuously strengthen the detection efficiency.
Time allocation: 5-10%
5) 负责应用适当的工具和方法如柏拉图、饼图及SPC等收集、分析和展示数据。
Be responsible for collecting, analyzing and displaying the data by means
of proper tools and methodologies such as Pareto chart, pie chart,
SPC,.etc.
Time allocation: 10-15%
6）负责制作和完善内部SOPs和WIs以持续改进标准化操作。
Be responsible for making and optimizing internal SOPs and WIs so as to
continuously improve standardization operation.
Time allocation: 15-20%
7）负责与国外同事开展质量相关交流合作，参与改进项目，跟踪并完成内部改善。
Be responsible for cooperating and communicating quality related matters with foreign colleagues, participating in the CI project, following up and completing internal CI actions.
Time allocation: 5-10%
8) 由部门经理分配的其他工作任务。
Other tasks assigned by department manager.

职位要求
Requirement:
1) 本科或硕士学位
Bachelor or Master Degree
2) 工业工程或机械相关背景
IE or Machinery background
3) 英语六级，具备良好的听、说、读、写能力
CET-6 or above, have good command in English listening, speaking, reading and writing.
4) 在质量管理体系和环境体系的建立和维护方面具备丰富的专业知识和实践经验，最好具有ISO9001和ISO******内审员证书。
Have abundant professional knowledge and experience in terms of QMS and EMS establishment and maintenance, ISO9001 and ISO****** internal auditor certificate are preferred.
5) 具有供应商开发、审核和管理的相关经验，熟悉PPAP流程。
Have rich experience in terms of supplier development, audit and management, be familiar with PPAP procedure.
6) 具有丰富的客诉处理经验。
Have rich experience in terms of customer complaint disposition.
7) 熟悉相关质量工具如Six Sigma, QC七工具等, 最好具有six sigma绿带资格。
Be familiar with quality tools, such as Six Sigma and QC seven tools, Six sigma green belt will be preferred.
8) 熟练使用MS相关工具, 如Xcel, Word, Powerpoint, Visio等
Have good command in using MS related tools, such as Xcel, Word, Powerpoint, Visio and so on.
9) 具备较强的质量意识并愿意承担小组角色。
Have solid quality concept and willing to play in the team.
