1、负责公司安全、环保、职业健康管理体系的相关管理、服务系统的规划工作，编制相关实施计划并落实执行； 2、开展公司所有安环健异常情况的调查处理，并督促落实防范措施，消除隐患，防范事件、事故的发生； 3、加强与公司各部门的沟通，协调落实安环健管理的相关工作要求。

1. 组织并参与编写EHS程序、规定、要求、政策、方针； 2. 监督管理EHS程序的现场执行，实施风险管控； 3. 负责公司三废管理，废水，废气，废弃物管理标准的制定，并推行监督相关工作的执行，优化处置； 4. 负责优化操作人员个人劳动保护用品选型，完善矩阵，并进行日常管理等； 5. 负责与EHS有关的技术培训计划、培训材料编制及实施； 6. 负责公司内部事故调查处理及整改追踪； 7. 负责新项目三同时流程及新项目EHS相关要求导入； 8. 完成领导交代的其他任务。 职位要求： 1. 5年以上EHS相关工作经验。 2. 熟悉工业废水、废气、废弃物的处理方法及流程，熟悉行业内最新法规要求及应用案例； 3. 熟悉EHS相关法律法规； 4. 具有良好的沟通能力，协调能力，表达能力，逻辑思维性及抗压能力； 5. 持注册安全工程师证书，主导过体系建立及维护经验为佳； 6. 英语具有读写能力，有口语能力更佳； 7. 熟悉word,excel,ppt等办公软件。

Introduction EHS organization supports and ensures safe and healthy working conditions and operations for BJ D&E site. As a new create position, we are looking for an Sr. EHS specialist to drive and execute the tasks with enthusiastic. Job Mission Business Partner for managers of site, to execute strategies to assure effective EHS systems, programs and procedures to improve employee safety, reduce operation risk, and avoid any EHS violation in the site. Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations, company requirements, ASML global EHS policies and procedures, and EHS management system. Job Description Support management to ensure a safe way of working in the local office. This includes also all D&E and non-D&E related activities like operation in cleanroom & lab, designing, prototyping, covid-19 prevention, office etc. Monitor and process with compliance to local legal requirements and report deviations to responsible managers. Ensures that the required data to manage safety is adequately recorded, verified and administrated. Arrange an audit program and deliver required audits per ASML global requirement . Process accidents, incidents and near misses according to EHS procedures to support management. Arrange and/or carry out safety awareness trainings according to EHS safety training program. Advise the local Management team on adequate budget allocation for the required EHS activities. Rollout new D&E safety requirements: Work together with local CS management to rollout new CS requirements and track progress and effectiveness. Actively participate in activities within the WW EHS Community. Manage the local ISO 14001 system requirements. Education Bachelor degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Engineering, or comparable; Master degree is highly preferred Experience 10+ years of occupational safety and health related work experience. Experience with EHS in high-tech operations and/or field. Personal skills National Certified Safety Professional. Strong leadership to lead and guide the operations to follow EHS rules and guidance. Good communication skills in both English and Chinese (verbal and written) – to report in internal and external meetings and to communicate to local employees and foreigner. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE EHS Legal Compliance Ensure compliance by sustaining a PDCA approach on current and new legal requirements and company requirements. Responsible to work with local EHS authorities. Safety Director per legal requirements. In charge of fire protection system and Emergency Response Process management. Responsible for Environmental protection and occupational health compliance. Safety Culture Drive shop floor safety as a value and behavior change with effective initiatives. Engaging employees to be responsibility and accountability and capability. Coordinate China and AP level safety initiatives. Injury Prevention Implement and maintain Injury Prevention Program at site level as set by MGAP and MG China. Setting up clear Lagging and Leading Indicators as ways to improve and sustain Zero Accidents. Manage incident investigation, root cause analysis and action plan closure. Action plan development at site for global incidents. Encourage and promote Near Miss Reporting from the floor operators as ways to improve hazard recognition and control. Solvent Safety (Process Safety Management) Implement and Coordinate Avery Dennison Process Safety Management System based on OSHA 14 elements, through leading site PSM champion team. Work closely with PSM China/global team on all PSM program implementation with the support of PSM Element Champion. Carry out regular PSM training and audits to ensure compliance at all times. General Position Description Position manages all site Safety, Health and Environmental HSE processes as required by OIMS and site operations. It manages HSE operations and ensures compliance with Global HSE requirements. Position is responsible for all aspects of site Sfety program and OIMS. Assists OIMS system owners with the development and implementation of SHES policies and procedures and technical guidelines in compliance with OIMS and ensures compliance. Major Responsibilities • Manage contractual contractor workforce ensuring efficient operations that are in compliance with CIMS and OIMS requirements. • Manages business continuity plans and executes required drills. • Provides support to execute the work safely as per the safety standards and practices through constant field monitoring and coordination of the safety programs. • Interfaces with Site Operations Team and provides guidance or direct involvement as required to help team meet expectations. • Liaison with local, state and federal officials for life safety issues. • Develops and implements site E&PS OIMS processes including working with site OIMS system owners in the development and safe operation of site systems. • Support for internal and external OIMS assessments. • Support for HSE Incient investigations. • Liaison with Business Unit for HSE interfaces including OIMS and coordination. • Drives continuous improvement of company emergency preparedness and response standards, advocacy, best practices, processes, tools, and procedures, and influences industry practices Position Dimensions The scope of an HSE Co-ordinator / Supervosor can vary by site due to a variety of factors including: location, physical size, number of person seats, budget, service offerings, Business Unit size and requirements, etc. Additional factors include whether the facility is ExxonMobil owned or leased and in leased locations whether services are ExxonMobil or landlord managed. Required Qualifications/Competencies • Leadership skills and ability to work under pressure in emergency situations. • Supervision and personnel administration. • Knowledge of fire/life safety systems and equipment. • Decision making and business judgment. • Excellent communication skills including the ability to represent ExxonMobil to outside agencies. • Bachelor degree in safety or security. • Knowledge of facility related regulatory requirements

Major Job Responsibilities: • Keep environmental facilities operating in good condition. • 确保环保设施正常运行。 • Establish hazardous waste record, transfer and dispose hazardous waste in time.
