平台主管工作内容

岗位职责：

The candidate will be responsible for developing, validating and implementing the RNA and DNA assays and their application for measurement of specific genetic or genomic alterations in pre-clinical and clinical studies which support 1) mechanism of action hypotheses, 2) patient stratification and 3) novel biomarkers related to clinical response. The role of this position will be embedded in the implementation of the appropriate targeted genetic and genomic assays in early clinical studies (single genes, panels, etc) based on results of biomarker discovery efforts in those functions. The candidate is expected to expand the current level of expertise in qPCR-based genotyping & gene expression and other modern genetic and genomic approaches for characterizing specific molecular markers in patient samples.

1）Master’s degree in Biological/Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biochemistry or related field, is required.
2）Typically 3+ years of relevant industry experience is required.
Requirements：
1）Experience in PCR assay development for genetics and oncology assay(must have).
2）Experience in the molecular diagnostics(nice to have) industry preferred.
3）Experience working with human samples and/or blood pathogens preferred.
4）Experience in technical writing to produce reports and documents required. Good presentation skills preferred.
5）Experience designing, planning and executing development studies required
6）Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team required. Ability to mentor, manage junior staff preferred.
7）Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolving difficult problems in creative ways required.
8）Capability to analyze complex data sets required.
9）Experience training and supervising small teams of junior staff or temp contractors preferred
