Responsibilities:
• Rather than a sales-oriented, head-hunting approach, we emphasize a true consulting approach, where our Consultants provide highly professional services and value-added expertise to top companies and candidates.

Qualifications:
WE REQUIRE NO PREVIOUS RECRUITMENT AND HR EXPERIENCE. If you have the right background, skill sets, and motivation, then we have a proven track record of developing you into a highly successful Recruitment Consultant. In particular, we’re seeking excellent talent with:
• 3+ years of work experience in an international company or working with international clients.
• Business services, consulting, account servicing, operations support, research, or administrative backgrounds preferred, with a broad knowledge of industries, job functions, and commercial businesses a plus.
• Enjoy learning new things, helping others succeed, and being part of a supportive team situation and open, international-caliber office environment.
• Mature, professional, service-oriented, results-driven, self-motivated, hands-on, analytical, curious, and good communicator.
• Willing to take on new challenges, deliver impressive results, and build your long-term career success,.
• Fluency in English and Chinese a must, both spoken and written.

要求B

Key Responsibilities:
1、协助顾问收集目标行业的客户信息,分析研究客户的要求,提供客户有价值的服务;
2、根据职位需求从各种渠道筛选合适的候选人,协助顾问进行简历的初步筛选、电话沟通及初步面试筛选;
3、收集潜在候选人的简历,协助顾问进行相关候选人资料的收集、分类、整理;
4、协助顾问联络候选人,安排候选人面试;
5、与客户及候选人保持良好的沟通,及时获取并准确,有效的传递双方的反馈信息;
6、协助顾问完成业绩指标,有效执行顾问的工作安排。
Requirements:
1.大专及以上学历,人力资源管理或营销管理专业优先;
2.有销售、市场等工作经验者优先;
3.较好的电话沟通和邮件沟通能力;
4.有一定英文书写能力。
5.吃苦耐劳,可以配合加班。

要求C

Responsibilities:

1. Search for companies and identify suitable candidates by using cold calls and other resources
2. Organize and participate in interviews, prepare meeting schedules for project manager /consultant
3. Maintain and manage internal and external databank - Draft and format English project reports for the client
4. Attend business meetings with clients from Germany and other European countries - Support other related human resources projects
Requirements: 1. University degree (Bachelor/Master) in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, English or related field of studies
2. Previous work experience in market research or executive search companies
3. Good knowledge about Chinese labor law and pay-roll system in China preferred
4. Strong communication skills, highly motivated to talk to people by telephone and during a face-to-face meeting
5. Good written and oral skills in English is mandatory
6. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
