Main Responsibilities
Working Relationships

? Work semi-independent on ground research work and provide sufficient and effective assistance Managers on research projects
? Design partial questionnaire/guide based on similar past projects or instruction from manager
? Pick out data from tabulations/content analysis to prepare simple PPT presentation in a skillful and smart way
? Provide more advanced analysis (complex content analysis, simple factor and cluster analysis, etc.)
? Do and interpret statistical tests (for Quantitative Research only)
? Co-moderate simple focus group (for Qualitative Research only)
? Conduct in-depth interviews for junior clients to watch (for Qualitative Research only)
? Do simple quotations
? Coordinate well with FLD/DP/QC on research projects
? Keep informed well about project status and take ownership for the project
? Prepare clear and precise FLD briefing documents
? Do good supervisor and interviewer briefings
? Evaluate FLD costs
? Be pleasant and cheerful to colleagues and clients, and respond requests and tasks quickly
? Keep files and papers well organized
? Follow billings and collections for projects
? Communicate with internal colleagues and external clients on projects well in English and Mandarin
? Take interest in new learning and be able to apply into daily work
? Take initiative to do more than asked

Job Requirements
? Bachelor Degree or Master Degree from top university
? 0-2 years experience in market research, marketing, brand management, analysis function
? Excellent English and Mandarin skills both in written and oral
? Good command of MS-Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills
? Have basic knowledge of marketing and market research
? Possess ability in logical thinking, analysis, and quick learning
? Client oriented and good service attitude
? Easy-going, out-going, passionate, detail-oriented and positive attitude
? A team player and be willing to work hard under high pressure and challenges in mature and professional manners
