岗位职责:
1、MPS和客户订单交付处理,包括协调计划、生产、物流等部门,确保订单顺利交付;
2、有效沟通客户,及时将客户信息反馈给相关部门,并跟进处理;
3、负责相关文件整理核对、报告创建、尾款追踪等事宜;
4、与QA团队一起处理客户投诉,协调问题处理,提升客户满意度;
5、部门主管分配的其他任务。
岗位要求:
1、本科及以上学历,六年以上制造业客服工作经验,电子行业优先;
2、具备良好的英文读写能力,有一定的口语交流经验优先;
3、熟练使用Excel,PPT等办公软件;
4、出色的沟通技巧,以客户为导向,优秀的服务意识;
5、团队合作能力强,亦能独立高效工作。
Job Description:
1.MPS and customer order delivery processing, including coordination of planning, production, logistics and other departments to ensure smooth delivery of orders.
2.Effectively communicate with customers, timely feedback customer information to relevant departments, and follow up on processing;
3.Responsible for the collation and verification of relevant documents, report creation, tail payment tracking and other matters;
4.Work with the QA team to handle customer complaints, coordinate problem handling, and improve customer satisfaction;
5.Other tasks assigned by department heads.
Job Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree or above, more than three years working experience in manufacturing customer service;
2.Good English literacy skills, a certain degree of oral communication experience is preferred;
3.Proficiency in using Excel, PPT and other office software;
4.Excellent communication skills, customer-oriented, excellent sense of service;
5.Strong teamwork ability, but also able to work independently and efficiently.
