Clients
- Partner with consultants to provide support on client projects involving the design, funding, accounting, implementation and management of afull array of benefit programs
- Participate in projects that help our clients assess and manage their benefit program risks
- Perform actuarial valuations in accordance with relevant accounting or funding standards, including data analysis, assumption setting, modelling and producing the client report
- Assist with benefit scheme administration, ensuring service levels are met
Financial
- Meet revenue and billable hour goals
- Efficient time management
- Assist with sales and marketing efforts by helping to draft proposals
- Maintain complete, accurate work papers an d documentation, as well as audittrail
Excellence
- Develop a professional approach to handling client issues
- Develop deep technical knowledge and skills
- Contribute to the development of new tools and approaches
- Adhere to all internal practice standards
The Requirements for Analyst
- Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science,Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, HR, Managementor Businessrelated fields
- Previous working or long-term internship experiences STRONGLY preferred
- Able to work independently and contribute effectively as a team-player
- Demonstrate commitment to being creative, innovative, flexible and adaptable, focusing on quality solutions, continually improving and being a winner
- Strong analytical skills, problem solving skills, customerfocus,attention to details and sensitive to numbers
- Committed to long-term development with flexibility to handle multiple tasks and tight timelines
- Strong computer and desktop research skills using businessrelated applications, e.g. MS-Office (Word, Excel, Access PowerPoint),etc
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills

Full study support will be provided for sitting actuarial examinations(SOA,IOA,FOA or IOAA).

Global Ops-Asia

Essential Responsibilities

- Support Asia CCL and CCL+ implementation across Asia for 83 LE/ 149 ME including assist GL solution Design by perform current process baseline, and initiate process improvement in New ERP
- In charge of testing, UAT support, solution support and data conversion during CCL implementation
- Support operation manager to execute CCL relate system interface, CAT roll out and other simplification projects (i.e. closing checklist and DR4 reporting standardization)
- Assist operation manager to support the R2R accounting team during each BU’s ES ERP implementation journey
- Assist GOF R2R leader execute related Enterprise Standard, design phased project plan and lead small projects, perform China business ES GAP analysis
- Lead manual JE approval process realignment and setup base on Gen2 Enterprise Standard
- Closely work with GGO PMO team, to update Metrics and update project progress


Qualifications/Requirements

- Bachelors degree
- 3 years plus working experience
- Solid finance operation knowledge
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Effectively bilingual (Chinese & English)
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills
- Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
- FMP graduate will be a plus
