Service Line Overview

Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for providing full secretarial support to the department. Major duties are as follows:-
- Answer telephone calls in a polite and professional manner
- Arrange meetings and business trips
- Handle expense claims, typing and filing
- Update annual leave records and staff plan for the department
- Assist in organising social events within the department
- Manage new joiner arrangements
- Assist in Ad hoc projects
- Provide secretarial cover to other departments as required
Experience & Background
- Diploma or above with formal secretarial training with a minimum of one year experience or a recent graduate with good learning attitude is welcome
- Good team player and ability to mix with all levels of staff
- Good typing and computer skills – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word
- Good spoken English and Mandarin
