岗位职责:
1.在总部统一领导下,负责厦门分公司日常运营的管理协调与沟通;
2.全面负责分公司各项日常工作开展,计划制定、业务发展、人事管理,保证分公司的正常运营及发展;
3.根据公司发展需要,组建、完善分公司团队,保证人才储备及队伍建设;
4.制定各岗位的工作标准,明确其职责权限,保证公司的内部作业和管理系统得以有效执行,保证分公司稳定和有序发展;
5.实时掌握分公司营收状况,监督财务管理,严格控制不合理费用支出;
6.配合和执行总部市场发展计划,重大客户销售及维护。
岗位要求:
1.至少6年以上的行业工作经验, 3年以上管理经验及美线指定货经验,执行力强,良好管理能力,熟悉国际货运单证和作业流程,熟悉当地进出口海运空运业务及供应商关系网络,并能很好地发展当地业务的优先考虑;
2.有良好的英文听说读写能力,英文邮件书写流利,英语口语流畅,能熟练与国外客户进行英语口语和文字沟通;
3.品行端正,热爱行业工作,认真负责, 善于学习, 务实严谨, 积极向上, 精力充沛,团队组织能力强,能承受较大的工作压力;
4.具有较强的计划、控制、协调能力和表达能力、大局观,能鼓励与激励他人,以身作则,率领属下完成总公司的各项目标。
5、有用人、决策和公关等的综合素质,善于与人深入沟通。
Branch manager
Job responsibility:
1. In charge of general coordination and communication of Xiamen branch under the management of HQ.
2. Organize job distribution and plan, business development strategy, employment control.
3. Ensure team cooperation and keep a file of reserve of talents to strong team
4. Set out job responsibility of each post to ensure a smooth operation flow and to proceed all tasks correctly
5. A good timely and good command of the branch revenue, financial management and monitor expenses
6. Cooperate and carry out the marketing plan of HQ, maintain good relationship with key customers’business and explore new business.
Job Requirement:
1. At least 6 years working experience in forwarding, 3 years of managerial experience and US RT experience, execution & management oriented. Familiar with forwarding documents and process. Have local existing customer and co-loader network and can develop more business locally.
2. Good English writing, reading and speaking. Can communicate with overseas customers or colleague frequently and correctly.
3. Honest, love forwarding job, eager to learn and keep progress, energetic, good team organization and can bear strong work stress
4. Strong sense of planning, controlling and coordinating. Good skill of expression and critical thinking. To act as a example and lead team members to complete all scheduled plan
5. Good at interpersonal communication

薪资预算: 税前RMB15000-20000/月(含岗位薪水), 13薪+ BONUS
