Key Objective
· BMW Brilliance Automotive Ltd., has been experiencing a tremendous story of success and growth in the past 15 years. With the growth of the company, structures expanded and complexity of projects and activities increased in preparation for the future developments. With the fast changing and maturing Chinese market, diversity of strategic decisions of localization and business development, the necessity of a robust "Continuous Process Improvement and Organizational Consulting" function covering strategical, tactical and operational aspects for a company with the size of BBA is indicated.
· The task of Manager Process Improvement and Organizational Consulting is to further enhance the business effectiveness and efficiency. The function is characterized by high complexity, topics diversity and targets many departments of the company.
· Main areas for Process Improvement initiatives
a) Process Governance Function
b) Process management IT solution rollout
c) Continuous identification, establishment and implementation of process improvement projects
· Main areas for Organizational Consulting initiatives
a) New collaboration model / internal process build up for emerging business areas.
b) Conduct business consulting projects, identify specific problems, initiate solutions which cater for request from other business departments with regard to cross functional or corporate level topics.
c) Ad-hoc requirement by top management regarding strategic topics, analysis tasks, central steering of a specific topic, etc.
Key Responsibilities
· Governance Function
a) Develop, maintain and enhance tools and methodologies for continuous process improvement
b) Initiate, establish and implement process improvement projects
c) Enablement of process improvement qualification
d) Enhancement / update of process portal
· Process Management IT Solution
a) Understand process management IT solution through workshop and communication with AG-Design process management IT solution rollout roadmap in China-Identify process management objects and relevant stakeholders, coordinate to ensure rollout fitness-Prepare training content to BBA stakeholders
· Project Management and Implementation
a) Design project scope, approach, timeline, R&R, and kick-off with relevant stakeholders
b) Coordinate with relevant stakeholders and conduct project implementation
c) Report project results to relevant stakeholders
· Decision making facilitation
a) Provide analytic and problem solving support to facilitate key decisions
b) Prepare regular report of the function and create management report to present results for Senior Management review
Qualifications
· Bachelor degree and above
· Project management competencies and skills
· Management skills and leadership potential
· Intercultural sense and sensibility
· Communication and presentation skills
· Financial controlling knowledge and understanding
· Proficient English, German would be an advantage

· Experience in project management in auto industry 4-6 Years
· Experience in controlling 1-3 Years
