-10年以上工作经验,至少8年以上项目管理经验,有服务相关项目经验(客服部、呼叫中心、OTA行业),最近三年有跟海外高频沟通、开会的经验。
-BU级别项目负责人、决策人经验。
-至少cover过8-10人左右的管理团队。
-能独立负责项目全生命周期的管理 ,推进项目落地。
-业务项-项目经理:需求调研、收益分析、和各项目相关方(产品设计&开发)进行需求对接并拉齐需求与开发周期,独立负责项目全流程管理:需求评审、沟通、启动、调研、计划、排期、推动、监控、沟通、验收。
-英文口语必须可以作为工作语言,与海外团队高频沟通。
-有良好的客户服务意识,成本管控和风险管理经验,项目中注重服务体验或客户满意度。
-向上汇报、向下管理、跨国跨团队沟通能力。
-业务中后台系统项目管理经验,项目围绕呼叫中心, 客户服务或OTA。
-Owner角色,独立思考能力,有冲突解决能力。
-熟练使用PPT和Excel,英文汇报的经验。
Qualifications
8+ years of experience in dedicated project management role, or operation management in OTA industry or call center industry is required.
Good analytical skills and logical thinking.
Strong initiative and result orientation. Ability to work independently under limited resources and to initiate clear courses of actions. Ability to deliver quality results under time pressure.
Strong sense of analysis, excellent time management skills under the priorities.
Understand the business model & backend logic.
Strong service knowledge and operation knowledge.
Advance level of business acumen is preferred.
PMP, 6 Sigma certificate is preferred.
Attention to details.
Have social media management experience and familiar with NPS and other scoring system management experience is preferred.
Full professional proficiency in English.
Mature, sophisticated attitude / behavior to handle relationship with different levels within the organization and external contacts independently.
Knowledge and experience in project management, data analysis, business analysis, and information integration.
Demonstrated communication skills and capabilities and collaboration on teams.
Good at time management, flexible to adapt to fast paced working environment and take part in the meeting across time zones & countries.
