THE ROLE:
The Product Manager will lead FD Product Marketing team to own and drive the performance of specific offer portfolio over the entire lifecycle, monitor price and product cost to maximize market share and profitability, downstream marketing to manage efficiently the offer portfolio (Marketing MIX). As well as identifying new offer needs and business models to develop and grow business.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Offer Portfolio Management
- 4Ps management of existing offers with clear value proposition and product positioning
- Develop value-based pricing strategies base on product value proposition and positioning
- Manage offer phase-in, phase-out process
- Co-responsible (with Continuous engineering) for the QVE
- Forecast MAPE accuracy
2. Develop and direct analysis to identify/quantify potential areas of opportunity
- Maintain market sizing estimates, and pricing insight to incorporate latest business trends and developments (leveraging Business intelligence team and Offer creation team)
- Capture, maintain and make available to marketing and sales team a comprehensive, timely and insightful competition analysis to better position the business
- Ensure business is aware of key industry trends and technology advancements to maintain overall competitiveness and identify portfolio enhancements/updates and/or adjacent growth segments (for organic/ inorganic growth)
3. Marketing Plan & execution to support sales growth
- Develop 1 year product marketing plan covers product strategy focus, commercial policy, key initiatives, sales support, training, etc.
- Develop 3 year offer strategy align with PBC, LOB, China operation, Retail Division Vision and strategy
- Direct the development of market collateral Sales tools and Sales Campaigns together with MarComm for field execution
- Fosters relationships with customers and sales representatives - understands their technical processes as well as build in-depth customer understanding
- Interface with the sales organization, end users, and PBC, Line of Business to evaluate viability of new features/ enhancements
4. Support the new offer development process to offer creation team
- Support offer creation team in developing long term innovative roadmap by sharing market/business understanding and competition information

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Engineering (Electrical and Automation preferred) education background, Bachelor/Master
- >5 yrs of commercial experience in country Marketing/Sales or Product management.
- >3 yrs of upstream product management experience
- Familiar to distribution model
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Strong capacities of influence LoB and country sales team
- Analytical & good synthesis mind
- Good Leadership and people management skills (team of experienced marketing people)
- Proficiency in English
