跟单员面试流程可以看过来去了之后HR先给一套题让你做,内容是性格分析之类的,跟专业知识无关,通过测评大概能测出你是什么性格类型,跟单员要求认真仔细负责,如果测评出来是马虎大意,爱冲动类型估计就不适合了。然后TEAM LEADER会第二轮面试,TEAM LEADER 就是经理级别了,是将来的直接上司。他会问一些专业上的问题,有些leader会全英文面试,会问如下一些问题(个人经验):Introduce selfWhat kind of accessories(Product) you did?What kind of Garment products?Career history introductionWhy do you want to leave?Role play(How to solve the problem in true situation )Could you meet the pressure if give you the chance?
