Reporting directly to the GM and Sales Director of the company, the position ensures the definition of the whole strategic plan and commercial policies, guaranteeing a global vision about Customers and Markets in order to reach the agreed business targets. It provides synergic and integrated management of all different markets and platforms, ensuring guidance and support to the Market Directors, Key Account/Project Managers and Regional Sales Director as well as to the technical area. Main responsibilities - Ensures the definition of the market strategic plan, in order to create new opportunities for business and to consolidate Markets and Customers already acquired, according to the Div/BU guidelines - Defines the offer mix and related positioning and profitability, guaranteeing contents, positioning and pricing policies consistent to the different Markets and Platforms. - Ensures a global vision of Customers and a regular information flux useful for products development, in cooperation with all platforms - Addresses Market Directors, Key Account/PM, and Regional Sales Directors (who maintain the responsibility of direct negotiation) about commercial policies and negotiations - Provides support to the Market Directors, KA/PM and Regional Sales Directors of his/her area in the optional activities, coordinating and planning them in order to achieve the maximum effectiveness in the objectives fulfillment - Guarantees a constant interface with the Technical Development in order ro contributes both ti the R&D and to the improvement of Application Development Requirements: - Native Chinese with fluency in English - 10 years experience within Commercial Management area - Bachelor degree or above in Technical/Economical/Management - Excellent leadership and strong people management skills - Objective driven, result oriented with strong strategic thinking - Supportive with his/her team, able to take risks and responsibilities - Reliable and resourceful.
