SAP IT技术顾问 SAP•中国上海 公司宗旨与目标 与全球团队合作，负责SAP运营中最主要业务系统的运维。 期望与任务 作为SAP业务系统的技术顾问，你将承担: 产品业务部门，程序应用团队及基础架构团队之间的主要协调角色。 职责描述： •与运营中合作团队（LoB，程序应用团队，基础结构组织，云平台服务）协作 •定期与中国，印度，德国，美国和墨西哥的国际团队沟通协作 •规划和协调系统的维护 •监控系统的OLA和SLA合规性 •确保遵守安全守则和标准 •如系统因故障停机，需与受影响的合作团队相关人员(包括高级管理层)沟通主要的系统问题 •在必要的时候提供相关技术咨询 •参与国际实施项目 •了解基于IaaS的传统应用，与SaaS应用的混合运维环境 学历/技能 •信息技术、自然科学或相关专业的教育背景 •善于分析，富有逻辑思维能力 •良好的协调和组织能力 •具有团队合作精神 •持续学习并跟进最新的产品/技术创新 •2及以上的SAP Basis管理经验 •了解 SAP及非SAP产品的基础设施的运营及协调经验优先 •基础的SAP开发技能者优先 •良好的英语沟通和表达能力 工作经验 •2年以上的SAP Basis工作经验 •与全球团队和不同时区/文化沟通合作 地点 上海，中国 ------------------------------------------------------------------ SAP IT Technology Consultant SAP • Shanghai, China PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES A Service Owner orchestrates the operation of SAP´s business systems with international teams during the whole service lifecycle. You will be responsible for one of our top-priority systems SAP runs its business on. EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS As Service Owner for SAP´s business systems, you are the key interface between the Lines of Business, the Application teams and the Infrastructure Services organization. The role includes the following responsibilities: •Collaborate with all stakeholders (LoBs, application teams, Infrastructure Services, Cloud Platform Services) involved in service operations •Regular alignment with our international teams in China, India, Germany, US and Mexico •Plan and coordinate maintenance activities within the system landscapes •Monitor OLA and SLA compliance for the systems •Ensure adherence of security policies and standards •Communicate major system issues to impacted stakeholders including senior management •Provide consulting in case technical advice is required •Participant international implementation projects •Understand the operational dependency of (hybrid) Cloud and on-premise solutions EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES •Professional education or study in Information Technology, Natural Science or equivalent •Analytical skills and conceptual thinking • Good coordination and organizational skills •Team player •Exposure to latest product/technology innovations • 2-3 years’ experience in SAP Basis administration • Extensive experience about the underlying infrastructure required to coordinate SAP and non- SAP product operations • Basic SAP development skills is a plus • Good communication and presentation skills • Fluent in English is a plus WORK EXPERIENCE •2+ years hands-on working experience in an SAP Basis environment •Experience working with global teams and different time-zone/culture LOCATION Shanghai / China
