Drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes for products, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch/promotion.
Appraise new product ideas (mainly about application in system) and strategize appropriate to market plans.
Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototype construction.
Collaborate closely with engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams on the development, QA, and release of products and balance of resources to ensure success for the entire organization
Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates Chint and its features across primary market segments
Determines product pricing by utilizing market research data; reviewing production and sales costs; anticipating volume; costing special and customized orders.
Obtains product market share by working with sales team to develop product sales strategies.
Provides information for management by preparing short-term and long-term product sales forecasts, analyzing monthly sales/margin report and suggesting follow-up actions.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Minimum of three years’ experience as a Product Manager.
Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in electrics or relevant components. (8+ years’ experience)
Good communication and coordination skill.
Exceptional writing and editing skills in English. Multiple experience is preferred.
Project management skill is preferred.
MS/BS degree, Electrical Engineering is preferred.
