一、 Empl Comp Consulting Analyst

POSITION SUMMARY:
To participate in the client projects as key project member and ensure the delivery on time, budget and customer satisfaction, providing practical HR programs/solutions that contribute to organizational success and support business strategies of the identified clients.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1、 Act as an efficient problem solver to identify, analyze and solve the clients’ issues by providing the solution in various HR practices such as total rewards, performance, talent management, organization transformation etc. 50% of time spent
2、 Support project delivery under the guidance of project manager in areas such as interviews, draft project deliverables, and actively participating and contributing to team discussions. 40%(varies by location and client portfolio)
3、 Work with other consultants to research and develop the relevant consulting knowledge and skills. 10% of time spent
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
1、 Bachelor degree required, major in finance, economics, statistics, mathematics, human resources (HR) and/or accounting

POSITION SUMMARY
Acting as team member to join project team of the total remuneration surveys for certain industries or cities. Supporting the project manager and building strong client relationships are integral to the role. The incumbent will also support compensation or benefits related consulting projects.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1、 With guidance and direction from more experienced members of the team, providesupport about survey projects on:(45-50% varies by location and client portfolio)
- Conducting job matching
- Collecting and verifying data from clients
- Generating reports for clients
- Other customer support as required
2、 Establish connections with the clients’ HR specialists/supervisors to build up the channel of information exchange. 20-25% of time spent
3、 With guidance and directions from more experienced members of the team, explain survey findings by drawing conclusions from data collected from clients. This requires the incumbent to be familiar with operational processes applied in survey projects to ensure consistency in the approach. 10-15% of time spent
4、 As a project team member, participate in consulting projects by providing analytical support. 10-15% of time spent

The position is responsible for learning solution project delivery to ensure budget and customer satisfaction and assist senior consultants to implement total learning solution.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1、 Handle client inquiries on Mercer College programs, assist public workshop marketing and promotion activities, supervise payment process, update client database and launch emailing campaigns;
As learning hotline service agent to respond in-coming call and make effective selling of all learning products. 60% of time spent
2、Assist vendor management for logistics arrangement and assist trainer appraisal
and management.20% of time spent
3、Make outbound sales calls to verify and build new client database opportunities. 20% of time spent
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
1、 Bachelor Degree preferred.
2、 Fluency in English

五、 ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1、 Acts as project delivery member or assistant in medium/small sized benefit related project, e.g. benefit survey, research, benchmarking/review, analysis and design, etc., to manage project timeline, deliverables, project quality, etc. Helps to manage client relationship and communication on project basis. Can solve ongoing client and vendor issues independently
2、 Conducts data analysis, documentation to support employee benefit type project (e.g. benefit review and design) according to project objective/needs.
3、 Provides insights input and reports draft on project delivery. Provide support to other internal projects to support business operation as appropriate.
4、 Provides coaching and mentoring for junior members. Works with consultants to research and develop the relevant consulting knowledge and skills. Involves in product improvement and development. Contribute to operational streamlining and optimization
5、 Manages commission collection and accounts receivables (AR)
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
• Bachelor or Master Degree preferably in, Human resources, Actuarial studies, Applied psychology, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Management, Statistics discipline etc.
• Knowledge with employee benefit and compensation
• Strong analytical skills.
• The desire to work in a team environment with a proven ability to be an effective team player
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a demanding work environment
• Good communication skills in both written and spoken Chinese and English.
• Highly proficient computer skills.
• Relevant Broker’s license must be obtained within three months of hire date
