I got this opportunity from a classmates. He thought he could not do this job and I am the only one in the department that have digital and analog background. This position is mixed signal design engineer and the function of it is to design analog integrated circuit such as PLL, ADC.
4 interviwers in the whole days. One Chinese colleagues. Two leaders. And the site manager. All quesionts are pure technical questions. The site manager asked me briefly why I chose this career.
Phone interview: the interviewer asked what I have done related to this job. I said I did a sub-DAC in a pipeline ADC. He asked me what arch I have used for the opamp. And what`s the final question is the relation of bandwidth and current and cap.
in on-site interview, the below questions were asked:
ADC, DAC, current mirror, headroom, transmission line, small signal models, diff pairs.
