首先是进行在线笔译测试，汉英互译，持续时间一个半小时。之后收到邮件得知笔译测试稿通过了审校人员的审核。 然后，接到公司的HR电话面试。之后又进行了视频面试，最后被录取。

先是投递简历，然后会通过邮件发送翻译内容，我收到的是两篇，中英翻译，化学与生物医学。接下来是去公司面试。。。未完待续

The middle-aged manager asked a few questions about my resume. I was listening most of the times while he was talking. What he highlighted was that accuracy outweighs efficiency and the post they offered requires a translator to be responsible and with deft mastery of both Chinese and English.  Then went with the written exam. The questions include a Chinese-English translation, an English-Chinese translation and three proofreading exercises. I didn’t do it very well and the manager pointed out some mistakes. He criticized me for being dogmatic and having the inclination of using complex words while ignoring the fundamental accuracy.  My advice:  Be careful and try your best to avoid some basic grammar mistakes!
