成立于2000年10月的萨克斯贸易(上海)有限公司是ZF Sachs 在中国投资设立的全资子公司，注册于上海浦东新区外高桥保税区。 作为萨克斯、博格产品在中国售后市场的全权代表，萨克斯贸易(上海)有限公司将主要负责开发与管理ZF Sachs集团在中国地区售后市场的整体销售与行销活动。如今，萨克斯贸易(上海)有限公司在中国市场上已拥有60多个授权经销商，营销网络遍布全国各地。 Sachs Trading (Shanghai) Co., Ltd (STS) is a 100% subsidiary of the ZF Sachs AG. STS is operating in Shanghai since November 2000. STS Logistic Department and warehouse facilities are located in Waigaoqiao Free Trade Zone. All other operating departments are based at the downtown OOCL Office Building. As a sole agent for Sachs and Boge, STS is responsible for the strategic development and management of the group‘s aftermarket activities in China.
