There were three expressionless interviewers sitting in front of the desk, which flustered me a little. At the beginning they asked me to introduce myself in English, and I said what I had prepared before but felt my tone was getting wierd due to the nervousness OTZ. However the woman interviewer (who looks very kind) said my English was good enough so the remain part were proceeded with Chinese.
Questions:1. Why I changed my major to HCI (since my bachelor’s degree was bioscience);
2. How do I plan for my career development in the coming 2-3 years.
3. Describe an exprerience that is challengable for me, and how did I overcome those challenges.
4. More detailed questions about the project I just described.
5. Since my experience are more focused on UX, how do I think of coding?
6. My experience about coding. And if there is any experiences related to database.
After the interview, the HR will ask you do do the SHL test again (excluding JAVA).I feel like I’m not the right person they are looking for, although they provided plenty of different task-oriented training programs, they may just want to cultivate coding talents rather than UX or ID. Hope my experience will be helpful for any good fit of the job.
