1 Coordinate the day-to-day activities of a team of production workers to ensure that manufacturing operations run according to
established production specifications and meet the schedules, volume, cost, and wastage targets and quality standards requirements.
2 Monitor the volume and quality of output and adjust tasks, planning, equipment and personnel arrangements so that products quality are met and resources are used efficiently.
3 Supervise staff to ensure that all production tasks are performed, and all machines and equipment operated in a good way.
4 Check production documents to meet company's standard and regulatory rules and laws.
5 Prepare production reports so that performance problems can be identified and resolved
6 Provide training to new workers in the field of SOP, on-site operation, safty. Develop group leader by training and coaching the related standards, e.g. GMP, process technology, HSE regulations.
7 Make judgment and take correct measures to avoid any negative impact on product quality in case any unexpected issue happened when the superior could not be reached during night shift.
1. Education: Bachelor degree or above
2. Experience: At least 3 years related working experience.
3. Specialised Training: Drug manufacturing related regulations, laws.
4. Knowledge & Skills:
