职位描述
• Production process preparation of new products:
新产品生产过程的准备：
− Learn the design output and get good understanding of the new products;
学习产品设计输入，深入了解新产品的特点；
− Plan and schedule the whole production process preparation; implement it and dynamically update the status to the team members;
计划新产品的生产准备全过程，执行并动态地向团队其他成员更新相关进展；
− Prepare MBOM, routing, SOPs and other process documents;
编制物料清单、产品制造路径、标准化作业文件和其他生产过程用文件；
− Design or select the tooling and fixtures;
负责工装夹具的设计和选型；
− Prepare the specification and the technical agreement for the new production equipment;
负责新增设备的工艺要求和采购技术协议的编制；
− Develop, verify and validate the new process and methods;
设计或者开发新的工艺过程或者方法，并使其通过验证和批准；
− Design the layout for the new production process and build in lean concept into it;
为新的生产过程设计车间布局并在这个过程中植入精益的理念；
− Set up quota for labor time and material;
定义车间的工时和物料消耗的定额；
− Train the operators
培训操作工；
• Production process problem solving:
生产过程问题处理
− Be able to learn products by yourself and have good knowledge of all kinds of products and their manufacturing process;
能够持续的自我学习制造产品相关的产品知识和制造工艺；
− Be able to study all related production process staff by yourself and have good understanding of all production equipment, devices and fixtures;
能够自我学习生产过程中的所有设备、装置和工装夹具方面的知识，以充分了解它们的工作原理和应用操作；
− Be proficient with process trouble shooting tools and methods like 8D and 6-sigma, etc.
熟练掌握各类与过程问题处理相关的工具和方法，如：8D和6-Sigma等；
− Take lead to logically, systematically and quickly fix the process problems and be a good team player meanwhile;
负责通过系统的方法和逻辑的思路快速解决生产过程中发生的问题，并在这个过程中成为一个好的团队合作者；
• Continuously improve process safety, quality and efficiency:
持续改善生产过程的安全、质量和效率：
− Good knowledge and experience with lean production system and its tools;
拥有很好的精益生产方面的知识和实践经验，能够熟练运用精益相关的工具；
− Be good at Gemba to observe and find 7 wastes and safety risks. And quickly improve them;
很好的现场观察能力，能够在现场快速的识别出各种浪费、安全和质量风险，并能够迅速行动起来应对；
− Be good at operation video analysis, which will bring quick productivity, quality and safety improvement and help to setup standard work;
擅长生产过程的视频分析，从中迅速识别出效率、质量和安全的改善机会，并有助于定义标准化作业；
− Analyze the process quality data and customer complaints to identify the improvement priorities and implement them;
分析过程质量数据和客诉统计，从中识别出相关的优先改善项目并实施；
− Keep learning new technologies and methodologies through different channels and creatively apply them in our production process, which will bring innovative change to the production;
通过不同的渠道去学习新的制造工艺技术，并能够结合自己的生产过程，创造性地将其中一些合适的新技术和新工艺应用到生产过程改善；
• Daily routine jobs:
日常例行工作：
− On-site production process audit, which checks if the process run according to predefined work standard;
车间现场工艺纪律监督审查；
− Continuously maintain the production process labor and material quota to make them always be correct;
持续的维护工时和物料消耗定额，以始终保持这些定额的准确性；
− Dynamically update or improve all existed process documents (SOP, WI, FI, Process flow chart, Routing, layout etc.) to make them be really alive;
动态地根据需要改善现有的过程文件（SOP, WI, FI, Process flow chart, Routing, layout 等），以确保这些文件的准确和有效；
− Check and adjust engineers’ daily work flow and methods based on quality management system like ISO 9000, IRIS and IATF16949;
根据ISO 9000、IRIS和IATF16949体系的要求，不断地调整工艺日常工作的流程、方法和内容；
− Support to maintain PFMEA and take responsible for engineering related actions;
支持维护生产过程的PFMEA并负责与工艺相关的行动；
− To continuously standardize and improve engineers’ own daily work in order to get higher and higher quality and efficiency;
持续的改善并标准化工艺工程师自身的日常工作，以获得更好的工作质量和效率；
− Comply with ESH policy and procedure, implement ESH responsibilities，carry out ESH activities, keep all operations in line with ESH requirements and deliver ESH performance;
遵守ESH政策，履行ESH职责，开展ESH各项活动，确保工作符合ESH要求，达成ESH绩效；
• Other tasks assigned by supervisor.
其他上级交给的任务。
Qualifications/Requirements:
• Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical;
本科及以上学历，机械类专业；
• Foreign company and local company experience will be preferable;
同时具备国内和国外企业工作经历者优先；
• Experience with automatic painting line (especially the water based paint) and packaging process, and experience with washing process will be preferable;
拥有自动喷漆线（尤其是水性漆）和包装过程经验，有零件清洗过程经验更佳；
• Be skilled with SAP operation to create master data, MBOMs and routings and maintain them as well;
能够在SAP系统中熟练地操作以创建和维护物料主数据、MBOM和生产路径；
• Be skilled with PE tools, such as lean tools, 6-sigma, 8D, and other general IE tools and methods;
熟练运用工艺工程师的常规工具，如：精益工具，6-sigma，8D 和其他通用的工业工程工具和方法；
• Be proficient with PC software, like Office, AutoCAD is essential.
熟练的办公软件技能如：Office和Auto CAD；
