面试还没结束就知道没戏了。
未通过其实是在美国西雅图面的，面的是KPMG Seattle office的auditor，半个小时的面试，那个白人男的意思是我没办法和班上同学叫朋友，也没有办法和同事交朋友。

很标准的 能力胜任经理面试
分为经理面试 合伙人面试 首先得通过笔试。经理面试先 case study+presentation 然后competency interview 可选中英文；par面试合伙人基本上就是 人格面试，人格没啥问题 基本都过。

面试中英文结合，有点小难，面试内容跟面试官背景相关。
感觉靠谱面试过程：
面试官很NICE，我提前十分钟到，他准时到。
面试官是IT北京的香港人，而我本科学国贸，研究生学财管，想做IT审计。所以面试过程中最多的讨论是我没有IT背景怎么办。
面试也有一些常规的问题，说出别人评价你的三个缺点，讲讲你的项目（挑战杯）。
