Job description: - The team is responsible for MSR/4G/5G hardware Radio Unit Performance Testing(including OTA testing) according to 3GPP standards(e.g. 36.141/38.141) and Nokia Requirements. - Focus on the transmitter and receiver radio frequency performance measurement (e.g. Output Power, EVM, ACLR, Sensitivity, etc.),also the RF Performance under OTA(Over The Air) testing. - Feedback found HW&SW Bugs to design teams timely during the verification. And debug problems together with design teams. Requirement: - Bachelor degree in Electronic engineering, Telecommunication or similar - Knowledge of wireless telecommunication and broadband access technologies (e.g. GSM,WCDMA,LTE,NB-IoT,5G) - Knowledge of Radio Frequency/Micro Wave/Antenna - Working experience in RF HW development, integration and verification or similar - Knowledge & Usage of testing equipment (spectrum analyzers, signal generators, etc.) - Knowledge of Computer languages is preferred, like Python. - knowledge of testing principles - Good communication skills, can co-operate with other people in various situations - Microsoft office skills - Fluent English, both spoken and written. - Active to analyze complex problems and work out adequate solutions - Willingness to perform and highly motivated - Good interpersonal and teamwork skills - Willing to accept challenges
