职位描述
The systems integrator is the driver of system features development and integration, resulting in a
product that is well integrated and performs to expectations.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
• Learn and contribute to the product design inputs in order to be ready to contribute to product integration of a
CT system.
• Contribute to troubleshooting and identification of root causes; drive cross-functional team to deliver solutions
and meet the project schedule
• Define system integration plan and strategy for integrating multiple features into a CT scanner product.
• Develop and ensure that quality criteria are met by subsystem components before entering into integration
activity.
• Ensure that the system design is proven out during the Integration of features into the product including
meeting design inputs, interfaces, performance budgets, reliability, usability and other key elements.
• Work with domain experts to derive adequate test scenarios for proving the functionality and stability of
features that are being integrated.
• Work very closely with system and subsystem teams to coordinate and synchronize the logistics of integration
activity, sequencing of integration, conducting integration reviews, allocating scanner resources & testing
personnel, working with integration teams to fix integration issues and continuously reporting on integration
status.
• Produce and release reports and other documentation adhering to quality system requirements
• Lead the classification, prioritizing, understanding and scoping of defects during the product life cycle.
Facilitate and drive development of solutions.
• Communicate regularly the status of integration activity to all the stakeholders.
• Work with the project kernel team consisting of the project manager, lead system engineer, physicist, and
verification engineers.
• Ensure that the system is well integrated so that formal verification can be performed.
Qualifications:
• Proven excellence in technical leadership in a matrix environment, including demonstrated ability to influence
indirect resources
• MS in Systems, SW, Electrical, Computer Science, Physics or Biomedical Engineering.
• Knowledge and exposure to multiple engineering disciplines (e.g. mechanical, electrical, software and systems
engineering) is advantageous.
• Medical diagnostic industry awareness
Skills
• Demonstrable clear oral communication, as well as well-organized documentation skills; excellent command of
written and spoken English
• Demonstrated ability to work and contribute in a team environment
• Experience in a Requirements Management tool (eg. Rational RequisitePRO or DOORS) and problem
reporting/defect tracking tools such as Rational ClearQuest
