职位描述

Position Summary: The IT Support Engineer will be the on-site technical support resource, serving end-users in both Shanghai and Nanjing offices, supporting office desktop/laptops, security facility, network and server environments. You must possess a strong dedication to quality customer service, excellent follow through, attention to detail, and a drive to be part of a larger team and engage with broad Corporate IT challenges and initiatives. Position Responsibilities: 1. Be the primary coordinator of all IT and facility needs for the Shanghai Office. 2. Support Nanjing users remotely by phone, email or other remote support technology. 3. Deftly utilize the 24/7 Service Desk in US and additional support while still maintaining the reputation as the trusted “go to person” for the office. 4. Be an escalation point for the virtual desktop (VDI) environment for the enterprise. Position Qualifications: 1. Bachelor Degree , 1 year experience in IT support functions . 2. Good English communication skills . 3. Windows 7 experts ,Experience of supporting MS office 365, MCSE/CCNA or comparable certifications preferred ,HP/DELL server/laptop Experience/knowledge preferred. 4. Specific, demonstrable experience with core technologies and a willingness to remain hands-on. 5. Ability to respond effectively and timely to sensitive inquiries and complaints . 6. Ability to communicate with internal users at all levels and build professional and trusting client relationships. 7. Ability to follow established processes without fail and support standard technologies and processes. 8. Ability to promote teamwork and collaboration.
