工作内容:
- SAP人事系统数据维护与更新,保证数据的准确性和及时性;
- 支持Global制定的相关政策落地实施,参与相关英文会议;
- 参与并支持人事相关工作的信息化建设,用工具提高工作效率,改善流程;
- 参与流程移管项目,梳理业务流程及文档,设计方案并实施交付;
- 定期对公司及各部门人力资源运营数据分析,为业务及人力资源其它部门提供数据支持;
任职要求:
- 本科以上学历;
- 良好的中英文书面和口头沟通能力;
- 具有较强的责任心、执行力、自我内驱力,富有团队精神,有一定的抗压性;
Responsibility:
-Maintain SAP system according to local requirement timely, keep data accuary and clean;
-Support the implementation of relevant policies formulated by Global, and participate in relevant English meetings;
-Participate in and support the informatization construction of HR related work, use tools to improve work efficiency and improve processes;
-Participate in the process transfer project, sort out business processes and documents, design plans and implement delivery;
-Regularly analyze the human resources operation data of the company and various departments, and provide data support for the business and other human resources departments;
Qualification:
- Bachelor degree or above;
-Good written and oral communication skills in Chinese and English;
-Have a strong sense of responsibility, execution, self-drive, team spirit, and a certain degree of stress resistance;
