RESPONSIBILITIES - Provide technical support for existing business growth and new business gain of Silanes in the Asia Pacific region. - Lead customer projects and define project scope, objectives, milestones and resources, including product proposal, sampling, testing and scale-up validation. Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure resource allocation and project success. - Provide support for product promotion, including customer-facing technical presentations and training, generating product brochures and collecting feedbacks. - Understand the needs from customers and markets and further translating these into technical solution or product opportunities. - Manage laboratory workflow (including prioritization and resource allocation) to meet internal and external needs and expectations. - Interpret complex technical requirements and associated risk, complete technical studies and analyze lab results to determine directions of projects. - Conduct investigations that may involve applications or product development, testing and validation of materials. - Work closely with marketing and sales team in company and share know-how across the global organization. REQUIREMENTS - Master degree or above, major in chemical or relevant - At least 8 years working experience in applied technology in chemical industry - Solid experience in lab management, formulation development and new application/market development - Strong ability in team management and team work - Open-minded and willingness for communication - Strong communication in multi-cultural organization - Fluent oral and written English 1628/40000
