Roles & Responsibilities:
Responsible to ensure Japanese technical engineers delivered service with high quality
Improve Japanese engineers’ communication skills (phone call, conf call, email writing, etc)
Timely address quality issues with service delivery
Have ability to set up short and long term quality improvement plan
Document instructions for best practices and KB to improve soft skills
Facilitate monthly quality operations review meeting
Support for continuous improvement of all processes, methodologies, and services
Develop technical & business knowledge as necessary to meet evolving business requirements
Desired Skills & Experience:
BS/BA degree or equivalent
5+ years Quality Assurance related experience
Communication skills – Japanese native & English verbal and written
Service delivery quality governance skills
Problem analysis and solving
Assessment and analytical skills
Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple priorities and timelines
Attention to details
Good teamwork
Team Description:
China CX Center Technical Services Japan TAC team is formed to support technical issues raised by Japan customers/partners regarding all Cisco products. TCEs (Technical Consulting Engineer) have strong technical expertise to serve customers/partners the technical issues in Japanese.
