你的职责是:
更好地利用我们实施的解决方案,完善系统,帮助客户处理提交问题,收集变更需求。
职责范围包括:
1. 遵循项目进度,处理客户提交的错误指令和问题需求,保证系统的正常使用和稳定性
2. 协助团队在产品上线前,进行产品数据的集成和配置,进行数据对校,系统内数据传输等
3. 对系统进行UAT测试、维护、改进和修改。
4. 处理和收集客户需求,和技术团队一起解决客户问题,提出解决方案。
5. 优化我们的应用支持的工作流程,确保客户的问题得到快速解决,能独立创建并协调“问题提交Ticket"(报错卡), 管理Trello(任务管理的工具)
6. 协助项目经理一起准备定期的客户会议,做好会议记录
7. 与客户和技术团队合作,收集客户新的需求,并触发变更请求,跟进修改进度
8. 与我们的软件合作商进行改进沟通和问题解决
我们正在寻找的候选人:
1. 能够分析客户问题和需求,找到根本原因 / 需求并协调解决
2. 对操作系统熟练掌握其功能,能准确找出原因并处理解决问题和故障
3. 具有在外企国际化咨询公司工作应用管理经验为佳
4. 熟悉电子商务管理系统,如ERP,PIM, CRM, PLM等
5. 有区域市场线上解决方案经验者优先,例如(京东、天猫等)
6. 1-3年系统集成经验,掌握JAVA, PHP, Json等计算机语言知识
7. 基本的英语沟通和书写能力

As a Customer Success Engineer in our Delivery Organization you would be responsible to work closely together with our existing and new customers to be the single point of contact for questions. You would align on improvement projects & change request as well as application management & support.

Your Opportunity:
We are looking for great communicators who have an affinity to work closely together with our customers and want to grow from an application support into a consulting / manager role.
Your responsibilities will be:
To act as main contact person for our customers to utilize our solutions offers better.
This includes:
- Working with existing customers to maintain, operate & improve their existing solutions with RG.experience
- Shaping our application support processes and ensure customers get their questions answered quickly
- Work with our solution experts to prepare regular account meetings to plan quarterly functionality releases
- Onsite visits for key customers in China to educate them & collect additional needs
- Work with customers and technical experts to collect new requirements and trigger Change Requests
- Communicate with our software partners on improvements & Issues

We are looking for candidates that:
• Excellent communication skills in front of customers
• Able to analyse a customer issue or request to find the root cause / need
• Able to connect multiple experts to solve a complex customer challenge
• Experience with Application Management for international companies
• Experience with eCom solutions like Magento / headless solutions / Salesforce or similar solutions
• First Experience with regional Marketplace solutions (JD, tmall,...) is a plus
• 3+ years experience in an agency / SI or customer
• Industry Experience around CPG or B2B Industry
• Basic English & Native Mandarin skills
