鞋业技转专员

Responsibilities工作职责： 1. Well understand Sportmaster quality standard & requirement and use these principles to perform Commercialization’s daily duties. 熟练掌握公司品质标准及要求，并应用于日常工作中。 2. Evaluate and determine tech test shoes’ quality and fit in comparison to CFM sample and Technical files, to make sure the measurement, construction and workmanship are correct and meet Sportmaster requirement. 检查试做鞋子的品质，配合度，比对确认鞋及技术资料，确保相关尺寸，结构，做工正确并符合公司要求。 3. Audit size specifications and check grading, patterns, lasts, cutting dies, fitting, soles and provide professional comments/reports and guidance to supplier/factory for corrections。 检查级放规格表，确保纸版，楦头，冲刀，底的级放正确，配合没问题，并提供专业的意见给供应商工厂。 4. Work with head office Product managers or engineers, China QA/QC and supplier/factories in resolving any technical problems, find and solve any potential quality issues during tech test stage. Help supplier/factory set up SOP of each style, to help them go smoothly in mass production. 跟总公司产品经理，工程师，中国QA/QC以及供应商/工厂紧密协作，解决任何技术问题，在试做阶段发现并解决任何潜在的问题。协助工厂制作完整的生产标准工艺书，使后续量产更顺畅。 5. Provide technical support in any stage of project development & production stage. 在开发及量产任何阶段，提供相应的技术支持 6. Coordinate with footwear QA/QC team to monitor supplier/factories’ production process and quality control knowledge, skills and abilities.同QA/QC一同督促供应商/工厂按正确流程生产，加强品质管控能力。 7. To provide interaction and efficient communication between Head Office Product Managers/Engineers and Sportmaster Group of Companies’ Suppliers in all stages of commercialization process on a daily basis. 协助总公司产品经理，工程师与供应商/工厂间在技转阶段的沟通。 Requirements 岗位要求： 1. English proficient in spoken, written and understanding. 英语听、说、写流利。 2. Proficient in Word, Excel, Power Point, other key programs used in design and development。熟练掌握办公软件，如“Word, Excel, Power Point", 以及其它用于开发设计软件 3. Minimum 5 years footwear technical background in development and commercialization. 5年以上有关鞋子开发，技转方面工作经验. 4. Familiar with pattern, mold development (this will be a key point), time management, commercialization process. 纸版，模具，时间管理，技转流程。
