具体要求:

1、Undergraduate or post-graduate degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation & Robotics Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Materials Science, and Chemistry.

化学工程、机械工程、自动化、电子/电气工程、工业工程、材料/化学工程等理工科相关专业的2013届本科生、研究生。

2、Effective bilingual in English (CET-6) and Chinese. Shown ability to work with different culture and geographical locations

英语流利（CET6），较强的适应能力，可以尽快融入不同的地域和企业文化。

3、Ability to conduct data analysis with proper methods and application software.

能够运用合理的方法和应用软件进行数据分析。

职责描述：

1.      Participate in our 2-year Cadre program with 4 job rotations (half year each) to familiarize with Manufacturing and Engineering Operations of FPC/A in China. As a result of such rotations, be a versatile technical leader ready for key jobs in any department, function, and location (Suzhou and Chengdu) at the end of second year.

参与我们2年的精英计划，在这两年时间内将会有4次岗位轮换机会（半年一次）去熟悉公司FPC/A的生产、制造和营运。2年后，你将成为我们任何只能部门（苏州和成都）关键岗位的全能型人才。

2.      Ready to acquire new technical skills in an accelerated learning manner during the 2 year program with on-the-job assignments, work exposure, improvement feedback and training classes.

2年的精英计划中，通过对工作任务的调整、工作定位、反馈改进和培训等方式，有效地在最快的时间内掌握最新的专业技术技能。

3.      Take on job assignment provided by the rotation department and be responsible to complete it within specific time.

4.      Work with all colleagues during the 6 month rotation and build network for work relationship.

在6个月的岗位轮换期间内，与同事建立良好的工作关系。

5.      Provide inputs to the success implementation of Cadre program and act as learning partner for new Cadre trainees whenever necessary.

4. Test yield analysis yield monitoring and yield improvement in Mass productions.

3、Test Engineer

1. Fixture and program follow up and troubleshot on line.

2.Test fixture and program programming、debugging、maintenance and improvement.

3. Support production to training testing technician.

4. Customer return failure analysis and failure analysis report generate.

5. Test system control project leader.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS资格要求：

1. Colleague or Bachelor Degree above in Electronic Engineering.
2. At least 1 year related working experience in ICT，FCT testing, Analog, Digital, microcontrollers system, vision or RF testing experience is a plus.
3. Independent, reliable and able to work under pressure to meet dead line.
4. Good communication skills, and team work spirits;

SKILL& OTHER REQUIREMENTS技能要求

1.      Skillful using Pro/E, Power PCB, Auto CAD, Pro/E or other similar software.
2. Experience in PLC, Microcontroller application development and PCBA/FPCA testing in cellular phone industry.
3. Experience in hardware and software, software programming using Assembly, VC, C++, NI Labview programming.
