Major Responsibilities
1 Participate at setting up recruitment channels, and monitoring and improving its effectiveness.
2 Formulate and maintain candidates pool, update and maintain HR/recruiting system at timely and accuracy basis. And industry knowledges and views sharing is a plus.
3 Sourcing candidate by suitable channels, including cold call, mapping, screening, phone interview.
4 Involved system testing for recruiting system. 5 Support internal referral. 6Ensure documents in the working area well filed.
Education / Degree
Bachelor and above degree in related major- English major is a plus.
Knowledge / Skills / Competences
1 3 years and above working experience in HR area.
2 Headhunter or auto finance background preferred;
3 Good at behavior/STAR interview skills;
4 Fluent English and Mandarin ;
5 Good at Office softwares (Word, Excel, PPT, Visual etc.) and HR/recruiting system;
6 HR generalist background is a plus;
7 Be able to working under pressure;
8 Proactive, logical thinking and team player;
9 Good at communication, listening and analysis.
Primary Responsibilities/主要职责:
Assist the Human Resources Manager to administer the Human Resources function, including:
Helping HR Manager on refining and executing HR policies and regulations, doing necessary communications if required from employees;
Work out and carry out the yearly manpower plan according to business needs;
Recruiting: screening resume, arranging interview, conducting interviews; coordinating new employee orientation arrangements, managing HR vendors, like headhunter company and dong the relevant payment;
Implement the staffing process and develop the recruitment channel;
Carry out employee transition process and update Organization Chart according to business needs;
In charge of employment contract management;
Helping HR Manager on executing HR policies and regulations, doing necessary communications if required from employees; being involved in salary survey
Responsible for employees’ monthly payroll.
Responsible for whole process of internship staffing;
Responsible for hiring, onboard, internal transfer and exit process;
Responsible for operating and maintaining HR ERP system.
Assist HR manager to ensure effective communication at all level of the company;
Other tasks assigned by HR manager.
Qualifications Required必需的资格:
Bachelor degree, major in Human Resource, Business Management, Law, English or related
Familiar with ERP is preferred
Above 3 years’ working experience in HR function, especially in recruiting , C&B with multi-national company will be preferred;
Proactively and well organize in work priority
Can work efficiently under big pressure and heavy work load
Effective communication skill; Excellent interpersonal skill
Be passionate about learning and development
Self-motivated, with high level of responsiveness and be able to work independently under pressure
Strong sense of confidentiality. Mature with good attention for details and the ability to efficiently handle and organize a diversified range of activities as well as handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Well organized, data-sensitive, good team-player with demonstrated ability to work with diverse teams at all levels
Fluent in English (spoken & written), Mandarin
