职位描述:
1.负责激光雷达产品接收和发射电路的设计,完成器件选型、建模、仿真及方案设计;
2.负责解决当前平台产品中接收和发射电路问题,并提出下一代平台电路的优化方向;
3.主导光机电完成单板及模组调测,输出测试方案;
4.排查并解决激光雷达中电子系统关键性技术指标难题;
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the design of receiver and transmitter circuits of LiDAR products, and complete device selection, modeling, simulation and schematic design
2. Responsible for solving the receiving and transmitting circuit problems in the current platform products, and proposing the optimization direction of the next generation platform circuit
3. Led the optomechanics to complete board and module commissioning, and output test solutions
4. Check and solve the key technical indicators of the electronic system in Lidar
职位要求:
1.硕士及以上学历(博士优先),电子工程、通信工程、控制工程、自动化专业、电子科学与技术类专业;
2.8年及以上硬件项目设计开发工作,能够独立承担复杂单板的开发,调试工作;
3.精通模拟电路,对激光雷达光电收发电路等有丰富的设计和调测经验;
4.熟悉SIPM特性及SIPM接收电路,并解决过基于sipm激光雷达的技术难题,如盲区、环境光及精准度等问题;
5.熟知运放相关参数,能完成噪声分析、稳定性分析;
6.熟知信号完整性和电源完整性相关知识;
Requirements:
1. Master degree or above (Doctor degree preferred), major in electronic engineering, communication engineering, control engineering, automation, electronic science and technology
2. 8 years or more of hardware project design and development work, able to independently undertake complex board development, debugging work
3. Proficient in analog circuits, rich experience in design and commissioning of Lidar photoelectric transceiver circuits
4. Familiar with SIPM characteristics and SIPM receiving circuit, and solved technical problems based on sipm LiDAR, such as blind area, ambient light and accuracy;
5. Familiar with the relevant parameters of the op amp, can complete the noise analysis, stability analysis
6. Familiar with signal integrity and power integrity knowledge
