Direct report to General Manager and lead a team.
Set media objective, analyze market/consumer dynamics, and formulate media strategy.
Construct media plan with recommendation on media channels, budget allocation and scheduling strategy.
Explore new media forms and innovative media ideas.
Brief buying team to ensure an effective implementation of the approved media plan.
Co-ordinate with clients and creative agencies in day-to-day account handling and media servicing.
Provide clients with constant updated on competitive activity, media market development and relevant research insight.
Requirement:
Excellent general education with 6-8 years relevant experience; previous agency experience is preferred.
Good understanding of the production process of advertising and all other forms of communication mediums
Excellent communication and presentation skills. Able to convince and influence other effectively
Able to prioritize, communicate these priorities and motivate a team accordingly
High energy level, excellent listening skills and able to manage multiple tasks and initiatives simultaneously
Proficiency in Mandarin, English both in conversation & writing
Computer knowledge, PPT skills is a must
