The technical manager is responsible to deal with technical issues related to OEM and dealer, leads engineering team and workshop staffs, supports technical director to reach defined targets in order to support the business development. Duties and responsibilities:
1)Project management of local car OEM projects– parking heater, supplemental heater for conventional vehicles; High voltage electric heater for Hybrid/Electric vehicles.
2)Keep close contact with the engineering team of the German headquarters to exchange project information and to get techincal support from them.
3)Supervise execution of the internal warranty claim process.
4)Deal with dealer/end customer’s escalation concerning technical complaints.
5)Provide daily technical support to internal sales team, dealers and special OE customers.
6)Solve difficult technical problems with support from German headquarters.
7)Leadership of the engineering team and workshop staffs.
Job requirements:
1)Bachelor degree or above in mechanical or electrical major.
2)8 years working experience in technical field of automotive industry such as at OEM or parts supplier, thererein at least 3 years experience in foreign company.
3)Familiar with OEM parts project progress, has working experience in a project team of OEM/supplier.
4)Fluent in English, German is plus.
5)Strong logical thinking, good communication skill.

Requirements:
1.Male or Famale aruond 28-40.
2.University graduate in Textile or Garment technology.
3.Working experience in garment field for not less than 5 years.
4.Strong grament making knowledge is preferable.
5.Fluent in speaking and writing English.
6.Capable to handle Word ,Excel and Powerpoint for daily operation.
7.Ability to speak and present in front of people.
8.Willing to work independently and under pressure.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collect technical information on site with equipment instrument, analyses data and write a complete energy audit
- Conduct energy audit to evaluate existing conditions and recommend energy efficiency improvements works
- Conduct improvement works: select supplier, select material, follow-up works on site
- Insure regular report about your activity to the technical director
- Ensured that all processes are up to date and centrally stored
- Insure the high level quality of services provided
- Develop relationships and contacting customer decision makers to generate business
- Develop, demonstrate and present solutions to customers
- Provide feedback and sales proposal to customers
REQUIREMENTS

- Maintain liaison with supplier equipment and customers in order to conduct project.
- Rigorous, professional and curious state of mind.
- Pack office, AutoCAD and energy software knowledge.
- HVAC, Lighting and Electrical knowledge
- Customer relation knowledge.
- Fluent in English.
