Search Technology Center Asia invites you to join!STCA was founded in 2005 and is now starting the second “Five-Year Plan” after integrating with Ads Platform and Bing Mobile in 2011. The new team has not only built up its strengths and expanded its scope， but also set a shared goal， broadened its vision， and is equipped with richer resources that give the team the confidence to scale new heights.STCA is now focusing on the following areas: the continuous exploration of Bing search technology; the technical innovation of online advertisement services; the development of the MSN social platform; and the development of mobile search applications， and the next generation of Microsoft’s speech and natural language platform. Today， STCA is the largest R&D team of the Microsoft Online Services Division outside the United States with investment plans to scale well over 460 in FY12.We have many exciting openings in STCA for DEV， Research SDE， Researcher， TEST， and PM across all feature teams of Bing， Ads， MSN Social， Mobile Search， and Speech Technology.
