宜家Support Analyst 内部运营实习生主要负责:公司内部员工的权限申请,Office软件故障修复等运维辅助工作。需要有较强的责任心,持续学习的习惯和团队合作精神。
实习工作仅适合在校大学生,在实习过程中你可以了解到宜家的内部运营模式和企业文化。
岗位工作时间8:00-17:00
The Support Analyst - intern student, provides service minded support to IKEA co-workers, which is the single point of contact for our co-workers regarding all user requests.
Job Requirements : - Register, analyze, prioritize, solve and assign all in-coming cases during the agreed time in an accurate and efficient manner. - Monitor the case pool and dispatch the case if need - Maintain a good communication with end users - Support facility management process
The person we are looking for :
- Good at English both in oral and written.
- Strong sense of responsibilities and willing to take challenges.
- Fast learner , keep curious and want to learn more.
- With strong motivation in trouble shooting with service mind.
- Like to work in a big team with diverse background.
- Well adapted to different/changeable/fickle situation.
