Through offering “whole of life” services， LehmanBrown offers clients assistance throughout every step of their China business life cycle， from pre-conception to after life. We operate through five departments， namely Outsource Accounting， Professional Services and Audit， Taxation， Business Services， Systems and Process Assurance. Outsource accounting services: Including bookkeeping， payroll， tax filing， VAT filing and rebate application， management and GAAP reporting， CFO function， as well as banking and cash management functions. We can take charge of the entire accounting function， or provide individually bespoke services. Taxation and Transfer pricing advisory services: The new Corporate Income Taxation regulations came into effect from the 1st of January， 2008 alongside a whole range of follow up additions， while the new transfer pricing document requirements are due to be released shortly. LehmanBrown has extensive experience in all areas of taxation planning， preparation of supporting documentation， and in assistance in discussion with the tax authorities in non-compliance， audit or adjustment situations.
