Job Description:
• Offer Marketing Specialist / Engineer
• Support to Product Owner, Offer Marketing in a global organization for below missions
• Define value proposition & set product strategy, in alignment with League vision & to ensure team achieve strategic goals
• Understand customer values, application, competitive environment, market trends, go to market and anticipate evolutions
• Gather and analyze customer’s needs and Identify value drivers
• Evaluate the strategic value of the offer
• Define and validate the offer value propositions (UVP, business models, go to market)
• Understand technical trends to identify valuable innovations in the product environment
• Lead and contribute to the customer interaction strategy
• Build, follow-up and support business in collaboration with zones
• Create, prioritize & communicate with Squad members the Squad backlog, release map & roadmap.
• Define with Squad members the iteration strategy and achievement criteria. Take accountability in sharing outcomes with stakeholders
• Support the Squad to deliver on iterations & “rendezvous”, acting as obstacle troubleshooter: Be the voice of the customer for the squad questions
• Create a conducive and collaborative environment through effective leadership
• Offer Launch and Existing Offer Activation
• Work closely with global teams, and MarCom team, to plan, define if needed, and implement the winning launches and prepare marketing assets for League responsible offers
• Ensure the effective and efficient execution of IMC launch campaign
• Follow up project development status with SQUADs for launches.
• Regular promoting, activating and pushing internal and external Go-To-Market for a winning launch as per business commitment
• Develop annual marketing activation strategy align with business priorities.
• Lead the customer story cooking, ensure continuous content generation and drive IMC campaigns
• Regular activating internal and external Go-To-Market, Platforms by Product Info. and assets
• Data Collection & Business Analysis
• Work closed with Global team to collect and analyze half-year Sales Data and Provide on-demand Data analysis for given projects to Offer Managers
• Provide business insights and suggestions, based on business understanding, data integration and in-depth analysis.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor or Master degree, major in Marketing, Electrical Engineering or related fields;
• 2~3 years working experience in B2B/B2C MNCs;
• Fluent English skills both in written and oral;
• Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word), especially professional for Excel;
• Structured thinking, be thoughtful and focus on details with business curiosity and acumen;
• Good organization, coordination, communication and presentation skill;
• Experienced in Electrical Distribution application and familiar with LV Switchboard would be a plus.
